3. Eat foods that are high in water content. The best food for your body is raw fruits. The second in line is raw vegetables.
4. Avoid eating any food with preservatives. These chemical may be approved by FDA but they are still chemicals which the body has no use for. They have to be discarded as toxins. Why add further burden of elimination?
5. Processed food is not good for you, keep away from it as much as possible. They lack water content and most vitamins and minerals are debased during the processing.
