Is There A Balanced Fruit Diet?

People who stick to a fruit diet would rarely put on weight. Fruits don't contain anything which is pathogenic for the body and hence there are no fat or toxin deposits.

Is there a possibility of putting on excessive weight while being on all fruit diet?

The answer would have to be no, unless you are eating bananas in the dozens like an elephant.

When you stick to an all fruit diet you will tend to lose all the excessive fatty deposits in your body and any water logging which has happened through the salt deposits will be removed. So you will tend to be leaner and slimmer than before.

You can look at avoiding bananas if you are very conscious of calories. People who eat a lot of bananas claim that they tend to put on some weight, not sure how true the claim is though.

How do you eat balanced fruit diet and cooked food?

It might get difficult to eat an all fruit diet after a few weeks. The tendency to crave cooked food arises. In that case you should eat fruits in the morning till 12 pm and then have cooked food for lunch. You can follow up with an all fruit dinner or a cooked dinner on alternative days.
