Fruit Diet Plan for Losing Weight Naturally

Research has shown that human beings are fruitarians. In other words we fruit eaters by nature. It is but logical to think that the primitive men used to depend upon fruits for nutrition at a time when they did not know how to farm or prepare (cooked) food using fire. Some did eat meat but only during adverse conditions, for example during the harsh winter months when trees did not produce fruits. Whether you believe in this or not, there is enough research to prove that eating fruits is the best way a human being can derive nutrition for healthy and long survival. Why is that? Firstly fruits have all the vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates essential to human beings and secondly they are extremely easy to digest. Fruits are also completely devoid of toxins.

Why Do People Become Obese?

Obesity is the direct result of consuming a bad/unhealthy diet over a very long period of time. You can blame your being fat to a thyroid problem, but then the source of the thyroid problem lies in a bad diet. So any way you look at it, the root cause of obesity is a bad/unhealthy diet. Lack of physical activity also plays a role but a very minor role as compared to the role diet plays.

People become obese because of eating an unhealthy diet on a constant (non-stop) basis. In-fact if you think about it, the eating never stopped since you were a child. Obesity is the result of all the fat your body accumulated over the years simply because you did not give the body enough time to remove toxins.

Helping the Body Remove Toxins with Fruits

The excess fat that your body has accumulated over the years is nothing but fat that your body never got time to discard. In other words you never gave the body enough time to discard this fat by continuing to eat unhealthy food on a daily basis. So to reverse this situation and to go back to a normal body without the excess fat, all that you got to do is allow the body to remove the fat. And how will you do that? By moving over to a healthy diet plan. An extremely simple yet effective diet plan consisting of fruits.

As mentioned earlier fruits contain all the nutrients that the body needs to sustain itself. And contrary to popular notions, eating fruits is in no way fattening. You can literally stuff yourself with fruits and you will never become fat and I am not kidding. But when I talk about fruits remember that I am talking about fresh fruits without any additions.

Why Fruits?

The best part about fruits is that they are very easy to digest. It only takes around 20 minutes for your body to digest fruits and send them to the intestines for excretion. So by consuming fruits you are giving your body enough time to concentrate on detoxifying. In other words removing all that stored fat. Think about it this way; your body can only work on one thing at a time – it can either digest food and accumulate toxins/fat or it can spend time removing the accumulated toxins.

Does This Mean You Should Eat Only Fruits?

Absolutely not! You need not switch to a fruit only diet. No matter how healthy such a diet is, it will be impractical to ask people to switch to eating only fruits. We have gotten quite accustomed to eating spicy and salty cooked food and this habit is very hard to break. So the solution does not lie in moving over to a fruit only diet but in including fruits in your daily diet. This does not mean that you can consume fruits every now. You will need to stick to a fruit only diet at-least one meal a day.
