Your body is not a beer processing unit, its more like a beer disposing unit.
A human body can only digest organic food or living food. Few examples of organic food would be raw vegetables, raw fruits, nuts and less cooked food. When you fry and over heat the food it become inorganic since most of the water content and enzymes are lost.
Salt, processed sugar, cereals and alcohol are inorganic. There are no living cells in any of these items because they are processed. Table salt is a result of chemical processing of sea salt, basically it is dead matter and is not digested by the body.
Alcohol is also a processed chemical and is completely useless to the body. In fact it is considered to be a toxin by the body. Any chemical is considered to be a toxin by the body.
Even though the percentage of alcohol is less in beer, it is certainly toxic because there is nothing useful which can be absorbed for nutrition, except bacteria.
The reason you feel stimulated by beer or any other alcoholic drink, initially, is because you body is trying to fight the toxins. As soon as alcohol is taken, the body goes into reactive mode. It tries its best to dispose off the alcohol. The different ways in which alcohol is disposed are

On top of it if you never give the body time to eliminate toxin by continuously pumping cooked food into it, then you will develop a huge beer belly made up of non disposed toxins from beer, fat accumulated through beer, fat accumulated to non disposed toxic food.
Go easy on your drinking. A couple of pints a night, not more. Leave gaps of at least a couple of days between your binging sessions if you must binge. The best thing would be to not binge. Its very harmful for body as it is not capable of handling toxins at a injected at a high rate.
Avoid breakfast of cooked food. Eat fruits for breakfast if you must, else just fast on water. Eating a heavy breakfast kills the detoxification process. Fasting in the morning ensures fast detoxification.
